Local photographer and friend Georgie Bottriell was kind enough to capture some lovely family photos of us ready for our ‘baby announcement’ earlier this year.
We had a great time on shoot at our local beach & woodland which made for some really nice natural photos together. Georgie arrived with some great equipment and props to help capture the right lighting and style of photos we were after.
I couldn’t have asked for better as we love the outcome and it was a great experience having her photograph something so important and dear to our hearts, as our new little addition Brody’s baby brother is a true miracle baby after a few pregnancy losses and a really difficult few years for us … finally we can look ahead to a brighter future becoming a family of four. Our Rainbow baby will soon be here and we truly cannot wait!
What I loved about our shoot is right from the start we were able to openly discuss some photo ideas with Georgie about the setting, planning a good weather day and time which is so difficult to do especially in February! But nothing was too much of a bother. We could take as much time as we needed and she is a really friendly and easy person to work with, and the communication leading up to the shoot was great.
